We have three basic plans for your condominium cleaning needs. If you had a cleaner previously, there is a one time first cleaning fee to make sure that the job is done right. This includes a detail clean of items that may have been missed. If we have already cleaned your condo, we know it's just a matter of maintenance, so the price is much less.
